Broccoli Cheese Croquettes
Perfect on their own, with a dip, in a lunchbox or part of a dinner

KetoClassic Savoury

Broccoli

Grated Cheddar Cheese

Egg yolk

Salt, pepper, onion granules
METHOD
This recipe makes 3 croquettes but you can increase volumes proportionately and keep in fridge for a couple of days.

Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add broccoli florets.

Boil for 1 minute, drain and rinse with cold water to prevent softening too much.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.

In a bowl, crumble the KetoClassic Savoury.

Add grated cheese, salt, pepper and onion granules.

Once broccoli has been draining for a few minutes, chop up into fine pieces and add to breadcrumb mix.

Add egg yolk and mix well.

Pick up a handful of the mix, squeeze in palm of hand into croquette shape and place on baking tray.

Pop in the oven for 15 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
